Conditions of Use
Where German trading laws do not apply, it is our
policy usually to refund in full any goods returned us. The goods must
be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging
and with sufficient postage paid by the sender. The sender must include
details of our invoice number plus the sender’s address and bank details
(including IBAN and SWIFT ID for EU). The package should be addressed
